Hiya, thanks for stopping by, hope you’re enjoying the blissful start of Spring as I am. It’s been a busy one, as well as life coaching and an NLP Practitioner in my own right, I’ve been working with Jeff Brazier and my fellow coaches at Come Coach With Me, ensuring we are at the top of our game and offering the very best service to those that may benefit from some 121 coaching.
If you or someone you know is perhaps feelings a little ‘meh’, or low mood, stressed, anxious, lacking in motivation or just needing a good shoulder to work out what to do next, then do get in touch with the team via http://comecoachwithme.com/coaches/ we’re all fully trained and accredited, and have different range of skills and specialist areas. So from depression to personal development, parenting to bereavement, we have the right coach for you.
I often have people say to me ‘well what IS coaching?’….well all those questions and more are answered on the site, but in a nutshell it’s all about taking that time for ‘you’, to find out who you are, what you want from life and where you’re heading. A life coach acts as a ‘mirror’ and guide to help you realise your full potential and fabulousness. The response and results never fail to amaze me – truly. I’m a product of ‘coaching’ and it’s changed my life for the better.
I’ve been getting into shape for our upcoming Celebrity Charity Trek, Mind 3000’s, which I’m Team England for against Matt Johnson’s Team Wales.
I’ve got the lovely Gail Porter and Emma Crosby (5 News) on my team along with some wonderful and inspirational people, all who have been affected in some way by mental health issues.
It takes place on 15th-17th May and thanks to the fabulous Beki and Co at Helly Hanson, we have some wicked new kit to get us through the gruelling 24 hour 3 Peaks hike.
Lots of practice walks are taking place to wear in the boots, I can’t wait to put them to task on the Lake District in a few weeks! Eek! If you’d like to kindly sponsor, please do at www.mind.org.uk/anna
I’ve been sashaying to a few do’s in London, all in the name of showbiz journalism, one of my faves had to be the swanky A Little Chaos premiere at Kensington Odeon.
Thanks to the fab Jones and Jones for the super pretty frock!
The movie is a beautiful and romantic tale, directed and starring Alan Rickman, and also featuring Kate Winslet and Helen McCrory. It’s a good Sunday afternoon chill out film, and maybe don’t take the boyfriend!
Finally, I’ve just launched my own new online series for Videojug and YouTube, House to Haven on Decobliss (below). It’s full of tips and ideas on how a happy home equals a happier you, mentally and emotionally. Have a watch and let me know your thoughts via my twitter @annawilliamsTV
